I've worn Goldtoe brand socks for many years. They never disappoint. I've used other name brand socks which have been pretty good as well. For some reason, the Goldtoe brand has always held up very well. They are comfortable, sized correctly, and are soft and cushioned well. Funny thing about socks- usually one gets lost in the laundry, so hopefully the six pairs that came in the package will last for quite a while as they disappear one by one. I also have a dog that loves eating socks, so hopefully, I won't have to reorder more in just a week or so. Give these a try. You won't be disappointed!

My favorite socks. Thick fabric but not warm and sweaty as they are very breathable! Have held up well after many washes. I actually bought many more after having goldtoe socks that lasted for years so I am confident these will last. No loose threads or anything. They are a bit more expensive than other socks on Amazon but absolutely worth it.

Gold toe has a reputation for holding up against other men's thin dress socks. The heels went out of the last socks I bought. These are holding up beautiful, and I'm hard on socks. These socks are worth a little extra money to purchase. They're comfortable, and stay up on my calves too.

Second Attempt to replace original Goldtoe: Definitely a soft sock, but way too small compared to our old Goldtoe socks. This is supposed to be the Large size “656” style with a longer calf length than the ones we ordered a few days ago and returned. If anything, this sock is even smaller than the others we returned yesterday. I didn’t even attempt to wash them before use, it would be pointless. Returning tomorrow. We have given up on Goldtoe, the current product is considerably inferior to the old product.Third Attempt to replace Goldtoe crew socks: A winner! Sizing up to Extended Size 12-16 is almost identical in physical size to the 15 -year old originals. Husband wears a 10D shoe, the extended size Goldtoe are perfect, and a close match to his old Goldtoe socks. These Extended Size Goldtoe Men's 656S Cotton Crew Athletic Socks are exactly what he was looking for to replace the old ones. They are very soft and comfortable.

Excellent socks! Very soft and breathable. I am very impressed by Gold Toe socks. I bought some ankle socks also and they are very good quality as well. I will be buying Gold Toe socks from now on.
