Q: Do these hurt your feet at first or something? Why start off wearing for 2-3 hours only with gradual build up instead of however long?

I'm not sure, i cut mine to fit an haven't stopped wearing them in my work shoes for 3 weeks so far and i work 12hrs 5-6days a wk in construction with No issue.

They are pretty good. Arch support is good. Easy to move from shoe to shoe.
