Yes, I have to agree with most of the other reviewers: these are better than Honeywell's own pre-filters, which I've been using for a couple of years. I was a bit sceptical at first, but when I read all the positive reviews, I thought I would give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did. These things are pre-cut (yea!) to the exact dimensions needed by the HPA200 and fit easily and firmly into place, something I could never achieve when cutting my own pieces from the Honeywell pre-filter. No mess, either, from cutting. So, you just pull one out, pop it into place, and bam, you're done! This changes a ten-minute job into a 10-second job.Quality is great too, probably better (yes, I agree with the many reviewers) than Honeywell's own filters, due to a more uniform density and weave of the material. Activated carbon is in place to help with odors, too. And then, to top it all off, at a great price! I plan to purchase these from now on, even thought I've used the Honeywell's for years. I cannot recommend them more highly, for all the reasons listed above. Five Stars.

These allow me to more often change the pre filters than I could with the OEM ones. They fit perfectly, and work well. No odd smells or anything.

I love the pre-cut filters and the HRF-2 filters that fit perfectly in my Honeywell Air Purifier! I was a little concerned when I read a couple of the reviews stating they did not fit, and had a bad odor. I had tried the factory filters first and I did not like cutting them. The cut I performed on the factory filters wasn't perfect, it was a little shall we say, lopsided, so it’s a good thing I didn't become a plastic surgeon. After much debate with myself. I figured why not try these pre-cut ones by Veva, it can’t be any worse than what I did. I am sooooo happy I bought the Veva filters, not only did they fit perfectly but I did not smell this so called odor. They are absolutely perfect in every way!! I am assuming the two negative reviews were either old and Veva has corrected the issue. Or. My mind can come up with many different scenarios and being as I am not able to read minds I will let you make your own assumptions. Thank you Veva for making my life easier, not to mention more affordable!

If this is the pre filter for your air cleaner I’d definitely recommend it. It was packed neatly and arrived quickly. Upon opening it I was so impressed with the quality! It’s sturdy, perfectly cut to size & was 100 times easier to install than the factory filter it came with. Extremely happy with my purchase, will be ordering again when needed. Great value for a 12 pack!! Plan to check with this brand to see if they carry filters for other appliances I own

I like the fact that this is precut and fits well in our Honeywell air cleaner. It is much better than the Honeywell product you have to cut and fit. My only issue is that it is a bit thinner than the earlier precut that was available from Amazon. We will have to see if it holds up as well. But overall, this is a very good product.

If you use one or more air purifiers, you know it's important to change the black prefilter often. The prefilter is just a sheet of material that catches the dust bunnies and spiderwebs before they clog the expensive HEPA paper filter cartridges. Once you figure out which air purifier you have, it's easy to order these precut to the exact size. Just tip the unit back against the wall, remove the push-on, push-off grate, and swap the dusty prefilter for a fresh one. It's not the fault of the filter guys that my unit doesn't show the model number on the front where it belongs. Once you figure out whether you've got a "300 series" or a "200 series" or whatever, and dug deep into the online specs to confirm the size measurements, do yourself a favor and write the model and filter numbers on the front of the cover with a black felt pen. I don't know why air purifier manufacturers like Honeywhatever feel a need to keep the filter sizes top secret.

I found out about these by reading a comment by a reviewer for the Honeywell air filter machines...I love the HWs like crazy (has made my allergies SO much better) but by all that is holy changing the carbon filter was always a pain in the tookus...you have to measure and then cut a large folded material they give you down to size. And it sounds silly but it was a freak'n hassle (especially if you have arthritis in your fingers) to do so. These VEVA filters are GREAT!! Perfect size, nice quality, and reasonably priced. A winner all way round!!!

The pre-filter needs to be changed regularly - they cannot be cleaned and reused. This product is an exact fit for the Honeywell HPA200 Air Purifier. Using these pre-filters will extend the life of the expensive HEPA Filters!!!
