These replaced three pendants that cost over 750.00 20 years ago. These were delivered promptly, packaged perfectly and came with easy instructions. Removal of old pendants and new installation took a couple of hours to complete. Glad I kept the old screws because the junction box screws included were too small for our junction boxes. Overall, everyone agrees these look great and the light is ample and pleasant. This was a fantastic purchase. A great value and attractive. They look nicer than our way too expensive pendants did!

EZ installation. All hardware needed is included. Even a pair of white gloves to keep fingerprints off the glass shades are included with the set of 3 lites we bought. We have received many compliments for the lighting over the kitchen island.Also, I have to say the distributor, Esfos, is truly customer service oriented. I had a problem, my fault, not theirs and I have to say they, Esfos, went above and beyond in solving my problem. I contacted Esfos through Amazon, explained my problem, and they offered a replacement AT NO COST TO ME! That, my friends, is top rated customer service, through no fault on their part. The replacement arrived quickly. I will again be looking for future lighting fixtures as remodeling continues. Esfos is a great company to work with. You can rest assured if something unforseen happens, this company stands behind what they sell. I know I am a very Happy customer.

Shortening the wire to the height we wanted was a little tricky at first, but once my husband figured it out, installing was a breeze. These are absolutely beautiful and modern. We bought our home and immediately agreed that the all of the lighting fixtures needed upgrading. The pictures do no justice, just buy them.

One of 3 lights have burned out.!! There are no directions or details on how to replace the bulbs, nor is there any information about the type of LEDs it uses. The information provided is very vague, including the life of the lights. we've had them for a little over 3 months and only use them occasionally. Not only is there not enough information, but there is no way to contact the seller if there is a problem. I also tried to visit their website as directed to view their warranty policy, but there was nothing there. I even contacted Amazon, and the agent told me the same thing. I tried contacting the seller through Amazon a few weeks ago and have heard nothing. Do not waste your time and money on these lights......buyer beware!! Im so disappointed
