Adore Semi-Permanent Hair Color (#193 Soft Lavnder) by Adore

Absolutely love these colours so much better than other semi permanent colours that wash out after the first wash. I've used 4 of the colours and I've had a lot of compliments on the colours I've tried but I particularly love the lilac and pink shades the best. The bottle lasts for about 4 applications so is good value for money too will keep buying these and experimenting with all the different shades.

I have highlights, I added conditioner to this color and on my dry hair, within a couple washes most of it was gone with a slight tint still there, I will give it another go with less conditioner added in, I also want to add that I used heat in the form of a hair dryer but I did not wrap my hair with plastic wrap... maybe that would have helped? I think it’s possible the purple conditioner mask I used to mix it with diluted it too much or made it too hard to penetrate my hair, I suspect this was a user error, will update soon.

Good color & vibrancy. I have extremely porous hair, so it doesn’t retain color well to begin with, and this color/dye is no exception. But it comes out true to color, even on darker hair.The first pic is bleached and toned (with cooling violet additive), and the second and third are the day after coloring.The formula is kinda gel like, so just be prepared. Processing time is pretty quick. I’ve read about the metallic salts in this brand, but I’ve never had a problem with coloring over this dye, it overstaying its welcome (again, my hair sucks at retaining color) or any other problems I don’t already have with other colors/brands. I’m not particularly picky but still no issues I’ve noticed with this brand :)
