They helped for the time being!

Ive been taking these for about a month now and will definitely be ordering another bottle. If I dont take them in the morning I can definitely feel a drowsiness and a mood let down later in the day, around afternoon time. At first I thought maybe it was a placebo affect but I ruled that out by monitoring my moods and awareness for a few days. Takes about 10 days to really feel results but these are totally worth it.

As most moms know, post partum is hard. You just kinda feel bleghh sometimes. And that’s okay!!! But if you need an over all energy boost or pick me up in mood. These are where it’s at. The flavor isn’t bad, I’m sure some might not like it. But I do. They’re not super high in vitamin levels but I take a normal prenatal on top and that helps. Great value for $Easy to chew and swallow

Was reading that it was good to invest in a postnatal vitamin, but not sure what to get as there aren’t that many to choose from. This one seemed promising, they taste GROSS. NASTY. Def follow directions and take with food I can only imagine the heartburn this couldCause. I took 2 days and threw away. NEVER BUY THIS
