Scent Crusher Wash 03 Laundry Ozone Generator, Destroys All Odors, Mold, Bacteria and Viruses, Easy Installation, Front and Top Load Machine Compatible, No Detergent Needed

Recently, when I was talking to my rep at a company who provides servicing and maintenance for all of our devices that utilize water (washing machine, water heaters, Rainsoft water treatment) and he had mentioned that they offered installing an 03 Ozone treatment for the washing machine. It really sounded very interesting but when I asked how much he said it was pretty pricey and would cost around $2200.00. It was well out of our price range, but my interest had been piqued. I searched on Amazon and found the price range to be from $100 to $650 which was affordable. Surprisingly, the least expensive one (this product) had very good reviews and indicated that it was fairly easy to install. I had my handyman install it for us last week (it took about 20 minutes) and I ran my first wash. It all went very well, and when you only need to use cold water and not any detergents or fabric softeners or bleach that is a a very nice savings over time. The best part about it, is that my laundry came out cleaner (I had some food stains (turmeric, cumin, etc) which is normally almost impossible to remove) and there was no visible trace after the wash. Also, after I had dried my clothes, I saw that there was no static cling and far less cat fur (my Siberian cat has very long and very fine fur which sticks to almost everything) clinging to my clothes. It was also much easier to fold my laundry because there was far less wrinkling and creasing of the fabric. I am ecstatic with how well this Scent Crusher works. Best of all, it will have paid for itself in less that a year's time!

It seems to be working, though I've only put a few loads through it. You can smell the ozone but I thought it would be much stronger. Also, pumping the water through the device severely chokes the output into the washing machine; it basically added 5-8 minutes to each load.

We have one. Loved it so much that we gave this one as a gift. Saves money on heating water, detergent and softeners. Good for the environment and your pocketbook.

Easy to install in 10 minutes. I have done 10 loads of laundry ... all varieties of clothing, sheets, comforters. Everything clean and odorless without additives (detergent, bleach, softener) using only cold water and O3 produced by the machine. Very happy!

Personally i like lots of suds at the beginning of the wash,and clear water at the end. I don't know enough about its effectiveness, but you can smell the ozone.

I bought this to help sterilize my work clothes. I liked that it didn't have use as much soap. I do a single load of laundry per week. My GF does another load per week. So between the two of us 32 uses before it froze and no longer worked. Bummer.

No noticeable difference in clothes, seller does not accept returns. Beware!

I will save on detergent.
