Potent. I have plaque psoriasis. First night, noticed a significant difference. Added to Vaseline, and applied before bed. Stuff is ultra stinky. Trying this before going back to biologics.Seems to be the only effective treatment otherwise. We’ll see after a couple weeks. So far so good. You know it’s working when it stings a little… I love it Lol 80% alcohol, so it immediately draws if applied directly, so don’t do that. Don’t wear before going out, because you’ll smell like a coal miner.

This was really great for my psoriasis, it had helped me heal my patches.

This product finally works as well or better than the coal tar shampoos of yor. I currently mix 1/3 of the bottle into the other products that they have made as substitutions for the older coal tar shampoos. I’d string so it makes the other shampoos actually work. Others who need coal tar shampoos will understand. I am very happy and have stocked up Incase they quit making this one also.

I played myself with this one. I didn’t check the oz and got this small little thing for the high price. It better works as stated. Will update.

The very small, expensive bottle was only half full. The seal was not broken and there was no leakage, the bottle was simply half full. The product feels and smells like pure ethanol gasoline with a few drops of coal tar to give it a brown color and vague smell of coal tar oil. Probably why it has a flammable warning on the label. Lifelong user of coal tar: it is usually rich, thick and has an oily feel. This is watery, like gasoline. I was hopeful, based on user reviews. Maybe an issue during the packaging process? Maybe they forgot to add the coal tar oil to the bottle? (Which would explain why the bottle was half full) If not, this is just colored gas and you can purchase a gallon of that for half the price and color it yourself.

This is the second time I have purchased this product. It smells like tar but it really works. I highly recommend!!
