Refrigerator stopped working properly after 3-4 months. Lost all food 3 times. Refrigerator bangs loudly when it shuts off. Still no contact from seller. Contacting amazon and BBB.

Bought this refrigerator in October of 2022 and 2 months into owning it the refrigerator side was freezing all the food so I put a digital thermostat on the refrigerator side and found out when you have the temperature turned as high as it will go it freezes food at 27° every time. It took 4 months to have somebody actually come out and look at it from Frigidaire and he couldn't find the part or figure out what was wrong with it so I have been without a refrigerator for months. Out of nowhere a part arrived and I have been calling and calling and calling to have this installed and can't seem to get past the automated responses that Frigidaire uses for its warranty problems. I'm done with Frigidaire products I will never spend another dime on anything with the Frigidaire label.
