It’s interesting
So it gets filled with water. It doesn’t sink all the way. Does help with a work out, hit against the pool wall or throw to a friend under water. It’s fun.

Great way to workout in the pool. I do use these with the dumb bells, and can achieve a good workout for my arms. It is even great for leg workouts too.

Lots of fun in the pool
Fill this up with water and it's great fun in the pool. We toss it around and you can launch it under water and it goes 10' plus with a good push. Put a spin on it and it curves around while gliding through the water.It's made of nice, thick, sturdy rubber that feels like it will last a long time and take some abuse.I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something different for you or your kids to play with in the pool. And it's heavy enough when full of water to provide a bit of a workout, depending on how you use it.

You need a garden hose to fill it
I'm trying to find an alternative way to fill with water. You need to attach the cap to a garden hose which I don't really have access to. Any other ideas?

Easy to use, great workout tool in the pool
I bought this to exercise in my pool as an addition to my other items. Easy to use and offers great resistance for a good workout. I started the exercises, finding the ball does not move in a straight line but with a few adjustments, I got into a groove. I can make the workout as intense as I want. The workout sheet made it easy to start a routine but I can see myself inventing a few new moves as I got used to this.It feels durable so I leave it in the pool for my son to mess around with. It’s been a couple of weeks and the ball seems to tolerate the abuse pretty well:)
