WT03 Micro FPV AIO 600TVL Camera 5.8G 25/50/200mW Adjustable Transmitter with Cloverleaf Antenna for Mini Aircraft

I had been toying with the idea of getting into FPV flying with my RC airplanes for a while, and one of our club members pointed me towards these camera/TX combos. While I wouldn't consider this camera for photographic missions, it gives a good, clear image from a compact, lightweight package. It has the additional feature of a wide range of selectable channels, so that worry about channel conflicts at a flying event is minimized, and selectable TX power level, so if you're mounting it on something that will be staying close-by, you can reduce the battery draw and TX heat of the unit. It does get hot on the highest power setting, so having a mount with reasonable airflow is a consideration, along with not leaving it powered up for long periods with the model sitting still. Anyone looking to get into FPV without breaking the budget will find this camera/TX combo a good option.

I have used it on all the power settings. I was actually very surprised and now I am experimenting with the various channels and power settings to see if I can get a clearer video feed from the camera for even longer runs. I will update this review soon with a video I made of the feed the camera gives. The WT03 camera is great for flying FPV and aerial views. I noticed little if any lag. With it mounted to a quadcopter, it got out to just over 700 meters before the FPV feed from the Wolfwhoop WT03 camera started cutting out and I had to turn back. That is very good range for this camera. There were no trees or anything else in the way...it was a straight shot, so I am not sure about the WT03's range in more congested areas. I have flown it on several quad-copters with similar results. The camera feed looks pretty good, and it definitely handles the bright sun and even lower light conditions well enough to enjoy it. This is a great All in One FPV cam to install on an RC quad-copter, plane, or ground vehicle. I love to see the view from the air. I will most likely be purchasing more of these. Antenna is pretty flimsy and it can get pretty hot (expected). Everything else is perfect. Range and penetration was surprisingly very good.I would 100% buy again. It would also be nice if it had a much larger input voltage range. I had to use a BEC

The packaging was decent, the instructions were easy to follow and was able to set it up and get it running in about 2-3 minutes. The camera quality is decent for its size. The range at max is pretty good and will not loose signal when going behind a couple walls in your house. The speed is pretty good and it feels like there is little to no delay from the goggles to the vtx. The only things to keep in mind is that the unit gets very hot when used at max power and the antenna is easy to bend so be careful when setting it up. Otherwise it’s a quick and fun way to add a VTX and Camera unit to your drone or rc car.

Its the right price for what it is, and it works. I used this for a simple RC airplane setup and it has completely changed the hobby. I'll probably switch to digital down the road but this is great to experience FPV flight and see if its for you. I simply plugged in existing 210mah PH1.25 batteries and was up and running.

I've had an eachine tx01 as well as an akk 25mw aio fpv camera and I can honestly say this wolf whoop is my favorite. The video quality is pretty much identical across the three cameras, but the wolf whoops beats out the others in the antenna department. It has a nice 4 lobe rhcp antenna, that is thicker gauge wire than the others, but what's even better than that is the antenna is mounted on a flexible wire. This basically means the cable bends way before you ever would bend the lobes on the antenna. Also serves to protect the camera board from an antenna impact. I had to resolder the antennas on the other cameras every 4-5th crash, but this one hasn't needed any attention after a half dozen 30-40mph crashes. Granted I have it mounted in a pretty safe cage with a roll hoop, but still, I suspect the other two cameras would have been toasted by now. (They're already broken and disassembled for parts lol)The selectable output is also a super useful feature. 50mw provides a very noticeable boost in range and link quality compared to 25mw. I haven't even used 200mw, besides for testing purposes, because my fpv feed usually outreachs my rc tx range at the 50mw setting. And I'm running a crappy dipole on my vrx. I'm sure once I upgrade to something rhcp on my rx I'll have an even further increase in range and link quality.If I I need a separate micro fpv aio or somehow manage to trash this one, I'll definitely be buying this model again.

This is a great little camera for the money. It definitely runs hot but the quality and range is amazing for the money, and I love being able to select the power of the signal. I don't like the lack of info regarding the battery connection. Just calling it a JST or JST1.25 is messed up. It's a Molex plug, and having not messed with it these things before I had no idea that just knowing it was JST wasn't enough, it's a specific TYPE of JST which has sone crazy 50005 number or something but apparently people just call it molex.You know I've been messing with computers and tech for nearly 40 years, and crap like this is why I'm bald and mildly psychotic. There is SOOOOOO much information about the different frequency bands and the exact voltage and all the other things you'd possibly ever want to know.But if you can't just look at that connection and know what it is, you are up a creek my friend.RUFUS! Powers on for about 1 minute and then gets too hot and shuts off. The specs say it'll handle up to i believe +5 volts. I had it hooked up to a 3.7 volt battery and it still gets too hot to touch. Is it something im doing wrong?

Ridiculously cool. Plug and play. Instant connection to my Emax transponder 2 fpv goggles (used on Tinyhawk 3)Applied to an upgraded toy drone for practice. Very cool. Has better reception than my tinywoop. So impressed I purchased another one to add to a F22 Raptor rc plane I’m building.
