Wonderful side effect
This seemed a good addition to my other brain supplements (Focus IQ and Neuriva) that I had been taking for 6+ months. What I wasn't expecting was that I now have fabulous, colorful dreams that I can mostly remember in the morning. I'm so happy with this effect! (And I am definitely entertained.) My brain also seems to work more quickly (age 80).

Works great for me.
I have been taking this with Quercetin for a while now, together they are the same thing as in gout medicine. Great if you have bad knees or joints. It takes a couple weeks but you will feel a difference.

Ok I guess. How can you tell if it is working? Idk. No weird taste and easy to take. As for performance, who knows haven't seen and difference to be able to say one way or another

Removes the gray hair
Bought this due to a study that shows luteolin removes the gray from your hair. I have been taking this since February and over half my beard has returned to blonde. I’m sticking with it
