A Must For A Designer's Coffee Table
The Mobile Web Designer's Idea Book is another solid couple hundred pages of what trends have been seen in mobile design and what works. The book itself is beautiful from the layout to the examples used. And if you have ever read or picked up a McNeil book on Websites you know that the information is great! Its like taking Pinterest, finding all of the good information on Web Design and printing it into a beautiful little book that looks amazing next to your coffee and desktop at 3am in the morning when you are finishing coding a site.

Not worth it
This book is garbage. Bought along with the web designer's idea book. Book is poorly designed. The display of the sites is tiny and the selections look like a poorly curated sampling of dribbble or other creative inspiration sites out there. Will be returning.

A lot of great examples in one place!
This book gives a lot of great examples of mobile designs all one place. Having a handy guide like this book is very helpful for teaching college students about UI design for mobile experiences. Besides a large gallery of mobile designs, the book also gives very nice snap shots/ overviews of various topics such as mobile frameworks, responsive elements and site types. This is a great addition to the The Web Designer's Idea Book series.
