Recommend to all young art lovers
I bought this book for my friend’s daughter. She is in middle school and really like painting. I think she need to look more paintings to help her build up some knowledge of admiring painting that she can tell the good art and bad art. This book is super easy to understand and very good organized.

Good overview of major areas of art.
This is a good book for what it is - an overview and short synopsis of many areas of art and artistic expression. The book is separated into major categories (baroque to neoclassicism, the modern age, the medieval world, etc). I recommend this book. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!
