Good quality MCT oil
I have purchased many products from Ketosource over the last 5 years and will continue to do so. If I have any keto related questions or need to know how to use their MCT oil, Damien or his team have been very supportive. I have previously used their C8 oil but thought I would try this organic one as it is slightly cheaper.This quality oil works well to supress my appetite and the taste is fine too.The founder Damien is so friendly and knowledgeable about his products and has emailed back in a timely manner, when I've sought advice.

Excellent quality
I like the fact that it is easy to take. I believe the C8 content will be more beneficial to my health and weight loss journey. I noticed I have more energy while taking this product. I would say that its money well spent.

Not pure! Read the label !
Don't be fooled the word PURE , when I read pure I assumed organic. I was wrong this "pure" oil is mixed with palm oil and THAT is not pure, that's poison.
