Wolffs Kasha Whole, 13 oz

I grew up eating Kasha. Loved it, but it is very difficult to find in the relatively small city in which I live. I was happy to find it on Amazon, though it is pricey. But worth it. Russians eat kasha like Americans eat rice. It is a very healthy grain. The only thing is that the instructions make it sound difficult to prepare but my family simply cooked it as you would any grain - that is, two cups water to a boil, add one cup kasha, stir, cover and turn heat down to a low simmer and wait until the water is mostly absorbed. During the last five minutes or so of cooking, I often add anything else that sounds good. Try it! You may enjoy it as much as I do.

Box was squished but it still tasted good

I bought on Amazon because I can't find kasha locally, incredible as it sounds. Same quality and very healthful.

Have turned to this iconic brand as it’s considered very healthy with a great textureI use olive oil and sautéed mushrooms and onions to create heart healthy tasty dishes and sometimes toss in pasta as wellNot sure why it’s so hard to find in grocery stores these days

Mrs Wolffs is always the best!

I normally enjoy this brand of kasha and was happy to find them on Amazon...But after preparing them according to the directions on the box, both my husband & I noticed a strong bitter & chemical taste to them upon the very first forkful!!It was awful!That has never happened before with this brand!We ended up throwing the whole thing away.Very disappointed!

Just the way I like it.

I love buckwheat. I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and really have to watch what I eat. This product is not only delicious but also healthy and I have a few yummy receipes for it. However, it is really very expensive to purchase, and I don't feel it should cost so much.

I received 1 of 6 advertised boxes and was charged for 6.The packaging stated the value of 1 box was $32 USD. Others have reported a similar scenario.
