Fitted this muffler to my E39 BMW. Couldn't be happier with how it sounds. Not loud at all, but enough to put a smile on your face when driving around, without pissing off the neighbours. A bit better performance too in the higher RPMs, once the ECU has had enough time to adjust.

I got this as a present for my 2005 G35 Sedan. I specifically requested this model of the Magnaflow universal exhausts because I have seen and heard it on other G35 Sedans and love the exhaust note. If you are getting it for a 2003-2006 G35 Sedan, be prepared to do some modifications. I had to have the shop cut off my old muffler and weld this one onto a custom pipe that was bent to fit my car (they made the pipe at their shop). This is not a slip-on. I also had to cut about 1 inch off of the muffler itself to fit perfectly under my car (it was sticking out about 2 inches and looked really ricey) and I wanted to keep a clean look. Other than that, it was a simple procedure and took about 30-45 mins to do everything. Sounds amazing, as I've paired it with a Magnaflow resonator for my mid-pipe and my stock Y-pipe. THIS WILL BRING OUT THE TERRIBLE SOUND IN 4 CYLINDER CARS.
