Specially, when we would come in from school. She would us a cup full of cubes and it was delicious. I never asked her for the way she made it, but, I'm sure I can find out, it's an old tradition. I know the benefits of this fruit/tea, it is a great tea to have when you start your day. I boil and strain the tea leaves at least 3 times out of at least 4 leaves. It's the best and I also add just a little honey to make it just right. Lots of health benefits with this tea. Been taking it for about 2.5 weeks and all the aches in my body are gone, also my Grandmother would give me a cup when it was that time of the month and it would eliminate the monthly cramps!!! Best tea EVER!!!

Interesting
First taste was okay, after a few minutes really tasted like they were made from leaves. And it did make me sleepy & relax. I will give update after I’ve tried a few more times.

Very good tea
The product is very good. I have been able to make multiple cups of tea with each bag, with consistent good flavor.

Taste great..
Taste great....take the graviola capsules with this tea along with black seed oil capsules, hemp capsules, frankincense capsules or powder, tumeric and eat bitter apricot seeds three times per week and cancer will shrink and be gone....try it....plants are amazing
