I can crimp a 10" duct in about 10 seconds, while it's already mounted. Because this goes on the end of your impact, it can spin 360 to modify duct that's already in the air, as long as you've got 2+ inches all of the way around. Just don't go over a seam, it says so right in the instructions. It takes a few tries to learn the best way to get it fully engaged on the pipe, I just go forward a couple of clicks, then reverse back to the starting point, and it's ready to go. I am using it with a Milwaukee M12 Surge impact, so it's noise level isn't too bad.
