I purchased this sleeve to provide support for an injured hamstring. I was very pleased with the purchase. The size guide is accurate, and I was able to use my compression sleeve immediately. I tested it out at an intramural sports league, and it gave me the confidence to run hard without worrying about a potential re-injury issue. It stayed in place over the course of 4 hours of activity, and was very comfortable during that whole period. I was never bothered by slippage or other issues. The wash-ability is also extremely convenient. I will be purchasing another sleeve shortly.

I bought this sleeve to hopefully help with my quad pain. The problem is, I'm a grown man. Even though I got the XL, this will barely fit my arm. Won't even go over my calf, much less my upper leg. If you have a realistic artist draw you, and they draw you as a stick figure, this MAY work for you. If you're a grown man, don't even waste your money. If you do, you'll be just like me and be shocked when you open this little tiny sleeve. Don't be like me. Save that 10 bucks.

but make sure to pay attention to the sizes AND MEASURE. I measured my thigh and was surprised to see I needed an XL, which seemed counter-intuitive, since I am not NFL lineman-sized person. I was right at 23" (I weigh 155 lbs) and anything smaller for sure would have been too small.

This is a good quality compression sleeve.Alas, I will have to return it due to being too small.I ordered in the XL parameters but is way too tight. Could of used a XXL at least.

This compresses my leg to impede my varicose veins from going totally bezerk. The edges are extra tight. This is an excellent product. I can't wait for full leggings from this brand because sign me up!

The product quality seems good. I've only had it for a day, however, the sizing is way off. I even measured my own thigh before selecting and unfortunately the small is too small for my leg. I should have ordered the medium because it is unusable to me at this size. It hurts to wear it.

I'm 6'5 250 pounds so was sceptical xxl would fit. It did but not high enough for where I needed it. I ordered a adjustable sleeve at same time for just in case. Started with the adjustable for a long work night. Didn't get the results I needed. Couple hours in put this sleeve on and partially on under bottom of the adjustable and was just what I needed. If it had been longer for my thigh length I'm sure it would have worked. Keep in mind buying stuff like this. They do big but hardly anybody takes tall into consideration. Everybody is different and that's the beauty of human. Love the results of this product in combination. Now im looking for a thin sleeve for under both . I had both hips replaced a few years ago. Fell this winter and dislocated one. Golf wasn't the same until today with my braces on.

My husband had surgery on his thigh and was advised to wear a compression bandage for a few months. Trying to keep an Ace bandage on this area was almost impossible (my husband kinda got a taste of what it feels like to have tights or pantyhose creeping down his leg 😄). This product provides great compression (the surgeon was pleased) and it STAYS IN PLACE. Both of us are very pleased with this product ... I say both, because I was tired of re-wrapping the Ace bandage constantly!

Awaiting a doctor's diagnosis of a problem with my upper thigh. Tried binding with an elastic bandage, which seemed to help, so I decided to try this product. It is an excellent fit, very comfortable to wear and provides support that relives the ache.

Decent, but for a 3rd of the price you can get the knee brace by NEOtech Care and it works just as good. The tag on the front and back can be annoying at first. Will most likely return due to it being overpriced.
