Lux in Shadow

This series is really getting good and the characters just get better and better. I won't bore you with a plot summary as I know other reviewers are fond of doing that. I appreciate that this book has chapter demarcations. Chapter demarcations make it so much easier to see how close you are to the end of a chapter or to find a stopping place when you need to so. If you liked the previous books in this series, I say you should give this one a shot. Have at it because I don't think you'll be disappointed. Fair warning to those new to this series, it is sexual and erotic in nature and might be too much for some people who lean toward the prudish or vanilla side of life.

Enjoyed. Darkness move forth into the Light. The Challenge of the packs for the rite of Superior. The power of the Antara in Sylvain that the Grey Wolf wards laid dormant. Until Sylvain, Lux and Arygon merge to embrace infinite power. Sylvain, the Antara, Lux , the Vampire Alpha and Arygon , the Werewolf Alpha had to satisfy the prophecy. The Rite of Sacrifice weep the Mother's tears. Very Sexual intimacy of the mated trio. Would read from the Author again. On to the next book...

Book 2 in the Children of the Goddess series- and I imagine you will either love it or hate it. It is by far the most sexual book I have ever read. Contains threesomes, hetero and homosexual sex. For me- this was the HOTTEST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ. So warned, you can try it out yourself and see how you feel. In terms of the series, it pushes the storyline along nicely. The romance was a tricky balance of a threesome becoming mated and I felt it handled it well. By the end of the book all three individuals were dedicated to each other and their three-way bond. The story line was really a backdrop for the lust and romance, but even so, there was a lot going on and a lot at stake. It held together just fine. The lust was balanced nicely against some deeper emotional connections. All three characters- Lux, Arygon, and Sylvain stood as their own individuals and they worked well together. As you got to know each of them, you were just as drawn as they were to each other. Bottom line though- either you want that kind of reading experience or you don't. I loved it. Not only the sex, but the whole reality created where the balance between vampire, were and human relations are tenuous... It's a ton of fun. I got to the end and wanted to do it all over again! Hopefully you will too.

I cant believe other reviewers thought there was too much sex?!!?!? This is erotic fiction & one of the best Ive come across. Lux is my fave of the children of the goddess books. There is plenty of variety, an interesting story line & best of all emotional & relationship growth. Nothing I love more than a book that has amazing sex scenes (just the right amount ;) )and relationships that the people involved had to work at a little. SEX check LOVE check This book is for you.

Wasn't quite sure how to rate this book, while I liked the story with all its romance and adventure I think it may have went overboard with the sexual relationships. Very hardcore. I recommend this book for people who like very erotic stories.

I loved this book. I liked it even better than first books in series. It was so good to finally see Lux and Arygon get together. Very hot. And adding Sylvain, loved the three of them together. So glad Lux found his HEA with his two mates. For me, the best parts were Lux and Arygon together. Again, very hot. Definitely an erotic novel, so if you don't like them, don't read. I found the good writing combined with the sizzling sex scenes to make it a great read.

AMAZING! that's really the only thing I can think to say. This story dealt with love and acceptance as well as fear and hatred. It really was the perfect continuation of the previous book. I can't wait to read the next one!

i bought this book because it was the second in the series. I don't think I will buy the third. Way too much gays and lesbian themes and not enough of the story to warrant any rating but a zero. No way is this for anything but mature adults. I hope teens and tweens don't get to read it!
