Great ice pack for fractured foot and severely sprained ankle. Fits well, stays very cold, huge help at managing pain and swelling. It's kind of heavy and stays cold longer than needed. I've used for 20-30 mins, then set it aside for the same and back on without needing to go back to the freezer. Love the full coverage for multiple areas of injury.

Newgo Foot & Ankle Ice pack boot was AWESOME!!!! and worked very well after having surgery on my heel. It was easy to put on myself and was very comforting even with the heavier bandages on. I highly recommend buying two so you can interchange them when needed. I wear a womens size 11 shoe and it was a good fit for what I needed it for. * UPDATE: Make Sure you wear a protective barrier between the boot and your skin to absorb any of the condensation that will seep into your bandages and you won't know it until it until the bandages comes off and you find damp white pruney skin that they will have to remove.... (ouch) Wear a barrier like the MFG says in the instructions!!!! or it could be a problem with your healing.

Got this for post bunion foot surgery. Has worked beautifully. The gel is well distributed throughout the boot. The material is soft on my skin. The strap system allows it to be expanded so when I first came home and my foot was swollen it still wrapped around it and as the swelling has been going down it can continue to be wrapped smaller. This should fit about any size or gender foot. The only improvement would be is there were loops of some kind to help hold the straps in place they are wrapped around the toe and ankle areas. My podiatrist wanted me to use ice behind my knee because they thought the cold from the boot would get through all the bandaging suffiiciently. I used both with great results and found the ice boot did get through. I highly, highly recommend this ice pack for any having foot surgery or other foot injuries. It works great!

Very helpful and soothing for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis issues. I have had this for months now with constant use and no problems.

OMG! I canNOT tell you how good this feels. Have neuropathy and Achilles tendon pain after a broken ankle and have been trying to use a frozen bottle of water FOR YEARS with minimal relief. I put this on today and, oh boy! I love that it ices the heel and top of foot nicely, finally reducing some inflammation and tenderness. It’s not heavy on the foot and the Velcro holds it in place nicely. It looks like one size fits most .I have tried two other boots in the past that require placement of ice packs into boot. This one is ready to use right out of the freezer with ice features throughout. If you have foot pain…GET THIS BOOT! GREAT PRICE, GREAT RELIEF.

I love how big this boot is and the soft liner on the inside.The "carrying case" is a flimsy plastic resealable bag. The manual it came with said to heat it for 30 seconds and it wasn't even warm.The straps are sturdy. The boot itself is flimsy so do not walk in them. Ill update when I've had it for awhile. But for the price, I expected more. I paid $20 for one. I could have just wrapped my foot in a heating pack and got better results and more control over the heat.Size 9 for size reference

I love how easy this ice boot is to use on my ankle and foot! I can even walk around with it on my foot and it stays in place! I freeze mine in a deep freezer (because that's where I had space for it), and the temperature is set to 0 degrees. I was surprised that even after days in the freezer at 0 degrees, the boot is still flexible and easy to put on. The straps are a bit long in my opinion because they wrap around a couple of times, but that does seem to hold it very securely in place when I need to walk around, so it's not a major concern. The boot definitely helps reduce the swelling in my foot and ankle far better than a regular ice pack because it's getting to my entire foot and ankle at once instead of the small area that a regular ice pack covers. I actually purchased two boots so I wouldn't need to wait for it to refreeze, but as my ankle has healed a little more, I rarely have to put the boot on twice in one day because it works so well the first time. It's nice to have a backup though for when I forget to toss it back in the freezer. I've had the boots for about a month now, and I'm very happy with my purchase! I wish I'd found them sooner!

I am finally out of the boot, allowed to put weight on my foot, and I need to get the swelling down as well as relieve my hurt foot from when I walk around. I love that the straps are adjustable, to make sure that the things that need cold get cold, I have mine wrapped in a rather strange way, but the boot is secure. It's basically crisscrossing my foot several times. I also love the underside of the velcro straps because they are soft and just slightly springy.
