Reliable, Supportive, and Built for Real Work – My Longtime Favorite
I’ve gone through 3 or 4 pairs of these Shoes for Crews Everlight sneakers over the years, and I keep coming back for a reason—they’re just that good. Whether I’m on my feet all day in a fast-paced environment or moving between different surfaces, these shoes deliver every time. They’re lightweight and breathable, but still offer great support where it counts—especially under the arch and heel. The material has just the right amount of stretch, which makes them easy to slip on and helps prevent pressure points or blisters during long shifts. Functionality is top-notch. The slip-resistant soles provide incredible grip on slick kitchen floors or tile, and they hold up well through wear and tear. They’re also easy to clean and don’t trap moisture or odors like some other work shoes. If you’re looking for something that balances comfort, functionality, support, fit, and long-term wear, this is it. They’ve been my go-to for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Fantastic work shoes
Best shoes for working in an automotive shop. Comfortable, slip resistant even with coolant and oil on the floor. They hold up very well also. This is the 2nd pair I have purchased.

Very good shoes, but can be slippery on tile flooring.
These are very comfortable and lightweight. Though they are NOT slip resident; and actually can be very slippery on tiled floors, so be careful if you plan to wear them on tile flooring. The soles are soft, which makes them good, and at the same time can be somewhat easy to get cut up easily from the bottom side, which is not good. Hard to have it both ways I guess. Still, I would recommend this to anyone who does not deal with working on tile flooring, or if you do, just be careful with slipping at times, so walk carefully. I would buy again.

Shoes for crews is the leader in work shoes for a reason.
I dont know what people are looking for in a review about slip resistant shoes but they work, perfectly. I’m in a restaurant with constantly wet floors from spilled food or drink and while these treads do need to be blasted out at the end of every night, I haven’t slipped once. Easily grips the floors, comfortable enough although with my back and posture I’ll need to look for heel cushions or maybe better arch supports. I haven’t exactly gone jumping in puddles but my feet have yet to get wet so despite the very breathable mesh they do seem to be decently water resistant.

Same problem 2 times with same model
Bought this shoes first time 4 years ago and when I tried them first time I was shocked, so lite, so good slip resistance after my previous shoes it was like change Pentium III to MacBook M4, I was literally flying in these shoes I worked hard and used it almost every day for about 12 months, after 12 months sole in the front part worn away and I got holes, rest part of the shoes were okay, still slip resistant, even more light 😅, but you can't work with holes, any water and your socks is wet, for couple years I forgot about it and used another one, after 2 years I ordered a new one from official website and it was improved model, when shoes delivered I saw a bigger sole and expected now it will be much stronger, surprisingly "improved" model were not so lite and less slip resistant, but still good, I used them about 6-7 months and again same problem front part worn away 🤦🏻♂ If first shoes I really used 12 months literally every single day, second pair of shoes I used with another one and in fact from 6 months I used them about 4-4.5 months, but because I bought them more than 6 months ago company said that warranty is 6 months (and they broke exactly after 6 months) As summary, not bad shoes if you doesn't work a lot or ready to pay 60-70$ every six months for downgrade model, will I give you them third chance? I don't think so, I have sketchers - 2 years nothing happened with sole even more comfortable, only one bad thing about them a little bit more heavy here model Everlight is unbeatable

Actually the best, no seriously
These are by far the best work shoes I've ever owned, after more than two decades in the hospitality industry. They are extremely lightweight and breathable, and super easy to slip on and off. My pair is still going strong after more than a year, still non-slip as always. I'm buying two more pairs right now just in case they go out of production. Any claims they make about water resistance are exaggerated at best. The reality is that you have a trade-off. Option 1: the shoes are waterproof, which keeps the water out but also keeps the sweat in (yuck) Option 2: the shoes are breathable, which lets the water in but also lets your feet dry out I've found I much prefer Option 2, and these fit the bill.

Sam Vime's 'Boots' Theory of Socio-Economic Unfairness
I was thrilled initially with the non-slip and comfort. The shoes looked fine, and fit reasonably well (though they are entirely cloth). Then wear and tear started. Within two weeks, the front had scuffed badly. Within a month a stick had managed to poke through the sole - not a sharp stick, or one that I stepped on head-on, but the branch bud from a stick laying sideways had managed to perforate the bottom of the shoe. My right foot was now soaked when I went outside. Then the leg pain started, because the other sole had started to collapse (unaffected by stick poking), causing my left foot to rotate outwards with every step. Within six months, the shoes look like I'd been wearing them for years. I transfer back to my not non-slip shoes and within a month the leg pains start to fade. My gait improves. My feet are no longer soaked. These were 65 dollar shoes. A halfway decent pair of hiking boots would have been cheaper and more effective, not to mention less injuring overall. Skip these and save up for something worth your time.

Best Schuh ever
