Great grass brush
This brush holds paint well and releases it as needed. It's soft and easy to clean.

Very Nice Brush..A Totally Keeper
Love this brush, the Strokes are really very beautiful when the paint slides across the canvas it leaves an elegant look for something like flowers I am sure. I am not a professional painter but when I used this to paint with the bristles are thinner and jagged at the top giving it a really nice line when painting. The Size is nice and short. stays close in your hand and I love the feel of the wood finish on this brush it is probably a professional kind just small. I really like it so I am glad I purchased it. From the photos you should noticed how well made it is.

my first grainer, and I love it
I've never had or knew about grainers before and I love this! It helps with blending and with drawing rows of lines. I also used it to mark the outer ear and legs on an elephant I was painting

BUYER BEWARE
DEFECTIVE BRUSH. This is the Princeton Filbert Grainer Paint Brush. I bought this paint brush from Amazon in Sept., not needing it right away, I didn't open it or inspect it. That was my mistake. When I finally opened it to use for the first time in Jan. there were large number of bristles missing. It is supposed to be rounded at the top not have a huge chunk missing out of it. As you can see from the photo I never used the brush. Amazon does not accept returns after 30 days so I'm stuck with a useless brush. Lesson learned... Amazon mails out defective paint brushes and then wouldn't replace unless returned within 30 days. My advice- Don't buy paint brushes through Amazon and if you do make sure to open it and inspect it right away. Nothing against Princeton brushes- Princeton brushes are a high quality paint brush, just buy them somewhere else.
