Nothing beats a warm lunch when it is cold and being a truck driver this comes in handy. Works well, heats food up nicely. Do recommend

I do an overnight bread route, I don’t eat dinner before I leave so my wife packs my dinner in this every night. I plug it in at my last stop and allow it to heat up on my ride back to the bakery/yard. It heats evenly and doesn’t burn anything. The only downfall is that this model is metal, it does get hot. I had a plastic outer box on my last one, never got to the point that it was uncomfortable to hold in the palm of your hand, this one you do have to use the handles. Still works great, regardless. I do recommend.

First of all I want to say that this lunch box has been a godsend for me. I'm a dump truck driver therefore I don't have time to microwave my meals I bring from home or the facilities to do so. This lunch box has given me the opportunity to bring food from home and have a nice hot meal at lunch time. It does take a little bit to get the meal nice and hot, but I can usually plan out when to plug in my lunch box so that it's hot when I can sit and eat it. Now for the cons. There's really only two flaws I have found with this lunch box. One, there isn't a lid for the metal pan that sits inside the lunch box and holds your food. You can't put the lunch box as a whole in the fridge so when I prepare and store my meals the night before I have to find a way to cover the bowl to keep the food fresh before I put it in the lunch box. Secondly, the lunch box carrier is pretty flimsy and not very well insulated. It also looks like it will tear very easily so you'll have to be careful with that. All-in-all, I highly recommend it because it's definitely worth it for the price. Being able to have a hot meal on the job to without access to a microwave is wonderful.

My brother drives a van for work and needed a lunchbox that would keep his food warm and when we saw this, his prayers were answered! He can heat up his lunch on the road and without any issue.

I got this for my husband, a truck driver, for Christmas and he loves it! He will text me a picture of leftover stew or whatever he is eating and say, I'm sitting here eating my warm lunch and it is delicious! Very happy with this product!

This lunch box is great. My husband works in construction and it warms his lunch within 5 min. It’s perfect especially on cold days when you want a warm lunch.

Thought this would be just what I was looking for. Nope. In theory this should have been great but it’s cheaply made and didn’t last long. First, let’s talk about how long it takes to warm your food (Foreve!) which never gets hot or even very warm just barely warm. I’ve had better luck reheating leftovers in a mason jar using my electric tea kettle and it took less than half the time and was twice as hot. Second, the cover to the utensil storage on the lid never stayed closed. Every time I would lift the lid the utensil storage cover would come open. After the 3rd use, the lid clip on the left side wouldn’t stay latched. Finally, after a few more uses, the heating element on one side quit working. I missed Amazon’s return window by 1 day so I checked to see what kind of warranty this thing had and would you believe it too is only 30 days. If this thing were half the price it still would not have been worth the money.It’s now 22 days after the warranty expired and the heating element on the other side has quit working. It’s now trash.

My husband loves it for work but I thought that it would heat up on its own but it doesn’t. You need to plug it into an outlet to get it to heat up. It does make the food very hot, actually even burned his food he couldn’t eat it but overall he does like it. Just wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have an outlet nearby at work.
