This can't be a one size fits all
So I bought this for my grandpa who just doesn't take care of his heels. I mean they look like they've seen some really bad dehydration, no moisturising days. When I 1st opened the parcel I thought wow baby pink is gonna look so funny on grandpa. A second later I realised these won't fit grandpa's feet at all. I'm a euro 40 & these fit me after I put in some effort & a lot of stretching.Coming to the quality, the inner surface is silicone while the outer surface is knitted cloth with plastic markings (the white foot symbols) stuck on. I was wondering how or why these were scented so I turned them inside out. Some powder was scattered on the inner surface to achieve that scented effect, sadly the powder had clumped together & the inner surface looked waxy.Anyway since my grandpa couldn't wear them, I decided I would. I mean who doesn't want squishy socks. So after a lot of tugging & pulling they finally fit my gigantic euro 40 feet, hallelujah! Instantly my feet felt cool because of the silicone. I tried walking & I felt like I was gonna slip & fall flat on my face. So ya these are only for bedtime, like when u know u won't be walking around in these, even on carpets u feel like u are going to slip because of how squishy the silicone feels. Wash, dry, moisturize ur feet, slip these on before sleeping & ur heels won't look dry for the rest of the following day. I don't know about cracked heels, but using heel repair cream + these socks should probably work.

Good Product... But cant go into wet area... It is the limitations

Recieved dirty and used pair, feels good in hands though
The product was recieved with nice packaging, and felt really good firstly, but when opened it was all dirty and completely used. The gel was squished and really dirty with dirt and white particles, probably dead skin, all over the inside surface.

The socks has a liquid inside which makes it very soft and has a very cooling effect. Go for it.
