MemorexEC100 Over The Ear Active Series

I did ALOT of research before buying ear phones for working out and listening to my ipod. I realy didnt want an "in the ear" type thing figuring they will bounce off as i run. When first trying these they worked good, didnt fall off etc as promised although I seemed to find it was very hard to fit comfortabley in my ear. Even to this day each time I use them I have to readjust midway or even sometimes every other song! Ill still use them but Im still searching for a better product since unfortunately these dont seem to fit nicely in my ear!all and all its really not a bad product what so ever... maybe my ear just is awful!

Comfortable, lightweight, stay put well and I really like the inline volume control. Unfortunately they're not very sturdy -- the earbut part tends to break apart. I find that using a dab of superglue to keep the rubber ring in place prevents this -- do it BEFORE the ring falls off and the earbud falls apart. Only other problem is that the inline volume control slides a bit too easily -- just brushing it accidentally can lead to a change in volume. However, it's really hard to find over the ear earbuds with inline volume control, so can't complain too much about this one.

These earphones are so, so, so much better than the others I've tried. The sound is rich -- more than adequate for listening while walking; there is an in-line volume control on the wires, and the earpieces are comfortable and easily moulded to fit my ears. (I think I have "normal" size ears). They are not very sturdy, but if you are careful with them (i.e. don't leave them laying around, hang them up immediately after use) they will last well.Alas, I stepped on my first pair, so fooled around with a few others before realizing how much I missed these. I think they have been improved since my first set: I seem to recall that the orange casing was in 2 sections, but now it is one continuous piece.I'm not sure the perfect mini-earphones exist, but for me, these are as close as it gets ... Highly recommended (for my size ears, anyway!)

These headphones are just OK. From my personal experience, they are not that comfortable to wear when working out; they did not seem to fit in my ears well. Also, the small rubber pieces come off very easily. It never failed, each time I searched my gym bag for my headphones, one of the rubber pieces was missing. ANNOYING! I would recommend looking at other headphones before purchasing these.

This is the second time I have purchased these. And the second time I have had a problem. This time they arrived and only one ear was working. No amount of wiggling the cord helped. The first time I bought these, one of the ear pieces came apart after about 1 month. That I attributed to my error.

I was excited to wear them because I have a hard time keeping ear buds in. The first few times they were great. I went to put it in for the 3rx time and the round ear bud was broken. Worst long mile run with an uncomfortable ear piece.

This is my 2nd pair I purchased-- so I have a pair upstairs and downstairs. I listen to audible books while I do chores around the house. These earbuds don't fall off your ears even with bending and twisting. The earbuds are excellent for audible files; I can't speak to music quality though. The one modification I made was to get foam earbud covers as I found that the speakers were uncomfortable without covers. The hooks are quite comfortable.
