Stop working after three weeks
Stop working after three weeksThese were great for the first three weeks and then they stop working only putting out half the wattage customer service is very very very poor I keep getting the runaround that’s if I even get a message you can’t get a call in and they only talk to you via email And cheap putting you off by giving you things to do that have nothing to do with what’s wrong with my panels I’m currently in Arizona blue skies and sun like I said those panels worked up until a few weeks ago and Customerservice does not work with you I’ve done Facebook I’ve done the email $800 down the drainSo save your money did used to be a very good company has gone down the drain if they would like me to update my review take care of the problem I should have a replacement solar suitcase sentUpdated review after going back-and-forth for about 5 to 6 weeks panels have been sent back and replacement sent to my location so we’ll see how the new panels work out there may be another review in the future

Caught on Fire in a Forest
I've only used this panel ~5-6 times in the 3 years of owning it. This weekend, I connected four of these in series (split between two different PV controllers on the AC500). For 2 days, everything was great -- I was even able to pull 1300W at times, which is only 100W shy of their rating. Impressive. What wasn't impressive was the third day. Thankfully, my children were playing within view of the panels as one of them starting to catch fire. A small, almost pinpoint, circle was burning on the top side of one of the panels (see picture). I immediately disconnected the panels and stowed it away.I'm out of the warranty window, so that's $850 down the drain when I was only able to generate maybe a few kW of energy from this panel.I'm down to three, and I don't think I'll be buying an addition one from Bluetti if they are this unreliable. The panels were relatively clean (just some light dust) and have always been handled gently. This happened on a weekend where it was particularly dry and we were in a fire ban. This could have caused a fire in a national forest had there not been eyes on those panels.

Working well
This is the second SP350 I have received from Amazon, the first produced about 25 watts and this one is only producing about 130 watts. I do not believe this is a SP350. Maybe it is a SP200. Update do not know why but is working well now!

Great addition to Bluetti Power Systems
I bought the Bluetti SP350 to recharge my Bluetti AC300 + B300 and Bluetti EB150 Power Systems for both pleasure and emergency use. I had perviously used a mix of solar panels joined together but the output was sketchy due to different voltages, ages, and outputs. Having the SP350 solved these issues in a simple and easy to use way.The connectors on the SP350 are standard MC4 connectors and connect quickly and easily to the same matching connectors on both Power Systems. I also bought a 10 gauge DC extension cord with MC4 connectors to allow the remote use of the new panels.Even under non ideal conditions of cloud cover and non ideal sun angles, I managed to get up to 250 to 300 watts of output. This was more than enough to recharge. I even tried the SP350 inside my house near a window out of direct sunlight to recharge an AGM battery thru a charge controller. The new SP350 is portable and easy to set up. It is well made and speaks of quality. I am more than pleased to make it part of my emergency power planning.

top notch
expensive but worth it. also if you are worried about the water rating don't be so much. It was my biggest concern as I boondock with my RV and don't want to take down and put away every single day, I did a stress test on it and it for the past couple weeks, rain, snow, ice. it seems okay. I obviously won't open it up to check the internals but it functions as normal and there wasn't even any water in the pouch that holds the cables.

They claim 350 Watts or close, I got a lot less!!
They claim 350 Watts, all I got was 259 Watts at 86° sunny day here in California, and a hour later at 91° I was only receiving 199 Watts, then as it gets hotter the wattage would go down even further! Not very happy with these folks! For paying $870 dallors out the door, you think there would be a little more ingenuity for this price, I mean these are really really expensive, you would think they would break at least a 300 watt mark for a full sunny normal day here in California for one large panel at this price! I was just really surprised they didn't! Mainly what I received for a sunny California day over all was 170 watts for the majority of the day that's more than a 50% loss! when these get hot out in the sun the wattage goes extremely fast in power for what you pay!!! Very very Disappointed for what you pay!! They need to be much much more realistic with what these can potentially put out with the equivalent temperatures outside!!

Issues with these
We have had a set of these for a very short time. One of them have stopped working. The other one only gives us half of wattage it’s listed for. The big thing on these, the company has terrible customer service. We have sent multiple emails asking to get help with the one that’s not working. We have yet, as of today, not heard from Bluetti. We did register them for warranty .
