Highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Problem Resolved - One out of Four Smart Outlets failed to work out of the box *by J***O on February 15, 2024* The smart outlets were easy to add to the Aeotec zigbee hub and worked well with Smartthing. However one of the four failed to work out of the box. it was recognozed by the hub but could not be turned On or Off. I tried to reset the outlet many times with no change. I would return the defective one for replecement if I could, But it seems that I can only return all four as a package for replacement. As the other three are already in use and I hate to bother reinstalling and programing everything again. Anyone know if I can just get one replaced? Update - ThirdReality support team contacted me promptly and proactively. They provided suggestions that fixed the non-working plug.
