Never thought I’d be writing a review about a switch. But this one really is a pleasure to use. It’s rated up to 120 V with 10 A. It’s well constructed. And it has a very satisfying and solid snap as you turn it on and off. Keep out of the reach of small children, because they will not be able to keep their hands off it and will snap it back-and-forth until it breaks

It's a good switch, very straightforward and feels well-made. I appreciate how it's "mountable" using the threaded ring included. I also appreciate how the wires go inside of the unit. They aren't attached on by screws like some units. I'm using it for a 12 v application, and I've had no issues so far, knock on wood.

Tough switch, works well in tight areas & accepts a waterproof screw on cover over the toggle lever.

Solid switch. Great snap. Perfect for repairing a shop tripod lamp. Ratings good for the standard halogen bulb but switched to a LED bulb. Use the real deal quality switch. Not using some china knockoff switch which may fail dangerously.

Just what I needed

I added this switch to a light fixture I temporarily wired to a junction box and plug-in power cord. This switch is well-made, and quite "snappy!" It won't easily switch itself on or off due to brushing against something, and should last a long time. The wires are the perfect thickness, and tied perfectly to the fixture's wiring with wirenuts. I really like how the front "plate" with the on and off markings unscrews for easy installation, and has a notch to ensure correct orientation. For any application, this switch seems to be a win!
