As advertised. I purchased a smaller size because the size de. Browns comes with is way to big. I’m able to put my inserts in the smaller size still as well, but if they are dirty or in my other pump, using without extra inserts works just fine. Highly recommend dr browns portable pump, getting sized correctly just makes it that much better!I do wish there was even smaller flange size options where we did not need inserts though

I bought these after giving birth to my final child along with the Dr. Browns hand pump and they fit amazingly. They bend to how you hold them onto the breast, making it easier to pump and empty the milk. All of the Dr. Browns wide mouth bottles fit the pump, the glass and plastic, large or 5oz bottles.

I love the soft flanges for nursing but this company needs to make smaller ones!! The size A is still way too wide for my nipple. My breast tissue gets pulled in too when I pump, but honestly if I pump softly I think it helps to pull breast tissue in since baby does that anyway when nursing. So maybe it’s all okay the way they make it?

The ones that came with the pump were too big. These were much better!

I use these with my Soectra pump and they work pretty well. In order to use with a Spectra pump you need to have a connector that does not have an attached flange already, which is not what is included in the Spectra.These are top heavy, if you do not have a backflow protector on. They also fall off the connector pretty easily, so you have to be really careful not to push the bottles too hard and to be gentle taking them out of a bra. What I did really like is that they morphed to my breast really well and I have had zero leaking and I don’t need to readjust them at all while pumping. I also like how clear they are so it is really easy to see the milk coming out during a let down.UPDATE:I have found that with more use, the flanges have become loose and do not stay on well to the rest of the set. I have dropped my bottles while pumping multiple times now, so have stopped using them.
