I never put a cream beforehand, and it always kept my incision moisturized.

Could this be effective for a scar about 5 years old?

Steph we think it is most effective for scars up to 2 years old, but it cannot hurt to try it.

Can you put cream or vitamin e on top of the scar before you put the patch on?
