I wanted to wait before writing a review, and now that I’m halfway through my second order it’s safe to say this stuff WORKS! It has no harsh side effects like cramping or giving you the runs, it just makes your poops regular and … bigger than I’ve ever had before. I know it’s TMI, but it’s the only way to describe how regular (every single morning) I am and the amount of poop I’m eliminating daily has been mind boggling. I feel lighter, healthier, less bloated, and overall just so much better. I’ve tried many many things in the past to keep me regular, and this product is superior by leaps and bounds. I cannot recommend it enough, if you’re looking to be regular, purchase this product right away!

This is really good, no taste and really helps me with my bloating

As someone who has had stomach problems their entire life, this is a total game changer. I’ve heard that if you heal your gut you will fix a lot of other problems as well. I now believe this for a fact because it’s happening to me. My bloating is gone and my bowel movements are normal for the first time ever! I will never be without this product!!

The last two containers I’ve bought have just smelled awful! I have purchased this several times in have past but have lost money the last two times… I guess I will be looking elsewhere where and I that because the other Nakes products have been consistent.

I think this product works decently, it does seem to flush you out and you will have to pee a LOT, but unfortunately the powder smells like a dirty hamster cage and doesn’t taste great in water. I mixed it with a little lemon juice and mio and it’s much more tolerable.

I put this in my coffee daily and it helps!

It seems to work as it should although I feel like something may have changed in the recipe. Also it was constantly out and I was left waiting for it longer than I wanted.

I’ve added this to my morning protein shake. I think it is a great brand and one of their great products!
