The module was not initially recognized by the motherboard. In order to recognize the TPM module I needed to contact Gigabyte and open up an eTicket. Gigabyte responded within 36 hours and gave me a link to a beta BIOS -- the F9C bios which is not formally released. However, after installing this bios the TPM module was recognized. A couple of bios gyrations later, where I disabled CSM and reinstalled the secure boot factory key defaults, I was able to confirm the presence of TPM 2.0 on this old legacy system as well as secure boot. This was definitely not "plug and play" however that was not expected. The module works, PC health check now reports that the only thing missing for Win 11, as expected, is a non-supported processor the venerable 4790K. All in all, both NewHail and Gigabyte get 5 stars for a good product and excellent product support.
