Great for relief

Bought this for my husband suffering from neck pain. It’s a must buy! It’s easy to use, holding it from side to side and massaging the knots. It instantly took my husbands pain away! It’s long and can be used anywhere you have those stubborn knots. Comes in a black bag. I would consider buying a massage oil because you will need it. Great price! It’s a must purchase!

This tool is very useful to massage out sore legs. I also used it to massage out my dad’s upper traps. He was in so much pain and I used it gently massage out a few knots he had. He said it helped. I take it into the sauna with me occasionally to massage out my legs. I have used it on my foot when plantar fasciitis flares up. It’s easier to use while wearing clothes or you have to apply a lot of lotion to the skin. I clean it with hot soapy water and rubbing alcohol.Side note.. I worked in a Physical therapy office and learned how to use this tool. Please seek help/ education from a medical professional on these tools and others like it.
