Beistle Great 20's Jazz Band Insta-Mural

Great decorations for a party. We used it to create a jazz speak-easy theme for a Jazz concert

Study plastic, hard to get fold lines out so thankfully I hung it up the day before the party. Hung it up on our bookshelf. We first used a long 2*2 board to give us a foundation on top of the bookshelf. Then we hung a white sheet for background layer (it's clear plastic), this hid the books. Then husband tacked the plastic sheet on top of the flat sheet with small finishing nails. It was back-lit to really bring out the silhouette of the jazz players. It was a fantastic addition to the decor for our 20s themed dinner party.

Good on wall at a party

I bought this backdrop for our roaring 20's trunk at our church's trunk or treat and our murder mystery party. It was easy to tape up, and it stayed up the entire time at both events. The tape came off easily when we took it down, so we could refold and reuse it again. However, we did notice some black coming off the silouettes, where the folds were, so keep a black sharpie handy. Also, BE AWARE, this background is transparent, so if you put it on a dark wall, you will not see the silouettes. You either have to put it against a light wall or buy a light colored tablecloth to put behind it. I put a white disposable tablecloth from Walmart behind ours, and it looked great!

Large - good quality plastic - good sized figures. Very pleased! A keeper for future events too. Fastened to outside of large picture window facing in. Side curtains make it look like a stage. Looks fantastic. Playing jazz music in background

This was purchased for a 1920's Murder Mystery Dinner. It was a cheaper, space saving option as opposed to having expensive cutouts that would take up more space. It served the purpose and added to the decor. One thing that I didn't so particularly care for was the fact that the folds were visible and didn't fall out. Because it was plastic they couldn't be steamed. Also, the background was transparent which is a plus but not when it comes to being able to see the adhesive we had to use to secure it to the walls. Our attempt to use clear packing tape wasn't successful because we have textured walls. So we had to resort to using command strips and they can be seen through the transparent background. Something to keep in mind. It was durable enough though so it didn't rip when the packing tape was removed. Great option and glad it was available. The party guests loved it.

Fit the backdrop for the 1920 themed party we were planning. It was just right.

It was easy to put up and looked great. It really set the stage for our 1920's New Years party along with the jazz music we played all night!
