Where was this thing all this time!
I randomly came across this one day and have been super happy with it! Simple tool, yet just gets the job done! Tested on my mattress and some clothes and got them rid of the pills/stuck lints.

Great but then stopped working; Called Philips and they sent me a new one!
Worked great but when it was less than 2 months old, it stopped working. I only used it 3 times in 2 months and it’s dead. Motor seems to be burned out. I called the Philips warranty phone number and within 10 minutes of the call, they said they'll send me a new one. So I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 for their quick reply and replacement.
