Great
Bought two of these in anticipation of an upcoming trip on the Amazon river in Brazil. However, decided to bring it to the LSU vs Alabama game in Baton Rouge because of the forecast. Good thing!, Because not only did it rain, but we weren’t gonna leave as Alabama, whooped LSU (roll tide!). That said, these rains really did work nicely. Kept us good and dry, and they were then easy to fold up and get back into their Storage bag. They’re nice and small and light, and I know we carry them with us continuously while in the Amazon. Particularly like the version with the small front zipper so you can seal yourself up, plus there’s a small pocket with a cover in the front where you can stash a few things without having to reach inside the cape. Definitely recommended!

Rain Poncho Great For Cold and Wet Weather!
This rain poncho is well made and waterproof! The only thing I'm not happy with is it is not breathable and can be be very hot to wear! The weather was 60 degrees and rainy when I wore it for the first time. However for cold and rainy weather this rain poncho is perfect! Also, it is roomy enough to wear layers or other coats underneath it! I highly recommend it!

Bright, plus size friendly (300+ lbs) and plenty of room
Ordering online is always a hit or miss but this was definitely a hit purchased for a music festival that it was calling for rain. Wanted something we can easily spot one another. They are super sturdy and easy to fold back into the pouch. Was also plus size friendly with extra room

This is to anybody who constantly works outside
At the time when I needed this, I was a mail carrier for usps for about 4 years so this was definitely needed through the times of when it was raining constantly where I lived. But since I no longer work outside anymore, I would definitely recommend this to anybody who does work outside or who doesn’t need an umbrella. Just get up and go.In my opinion, it keeps me very warm. Water wasn’t slipping through my clothes kept me protected at all times. It pretty long in the front and the back I’m 5”7 so this worked out perfect.Definitely get this if you’re interested. Also, the color is very bright. I got myself the navy blue. It’s not much of a navy blue is more of an indigo blue but nevertheless still a pretty color.Quality would have to say is top-tier throughout the times I was outside being in and out of the truck, making deliveries on my route. I never punctured had any holes in it very strong material.pockets are very deep in the front of the rain jacket so you’re able to put in little necessities if you want to.And it’s lightweight who couldn’t ask for a better rain jacket.

Ok, but does not meet the backpacking "toughness" test
So, I generally like the poncho. It is light, waterproof and folds up easily into the stuff bag. I wore it on the Green Monster during a rainy game in Boston and it did its "poncho" job well. I stayed dry the entire game. For the price, I think it is a good value from that standpoint. However, there are three issues that cause this to NOT be my go-to poncho for backpacking:1. The poncho is advertised as being able to be used as a tarp, but it only has grommets on the four corners. This makes it difficult to use this poncho when backpacking for an emergency shelter. It needs to have grommets also between each corner, so it can be stretched out properly.2. The material is not very durable. I set up a temporary tarp shelter with the poncho. I did not pull it exceedingly tight, but I still got a tear near one of the grommets. Now, it is only about 1" long at this point, but the fact that it tore so easily concerns me. I do not anticipate this poncho having a particularly long life.3. The size is fine, I suppose. But it would be nice if the manufacturer could make the poncho 90" x 60". This may not seem like a big increase, but the extra few inches in each direction would make this much more serviceable.
