I loved these pans I used then for my granddaughters 6th birthday party. They are sturdy,perfect for brownies,small bread/muffin loafs/meatloafS etc. Easy to clean. I just had an issue with one silicone handle wasn't included. I asked it they cld send me one. They said they wld sent me another set that I never received. So with big parties like I had I cldnt save time and use both pans. I hope this helps you.

Temp and time for baking?

These were great for brownies and banana bread. They cook the same Temps and time as any other pan I have. I design party foods and itsperfect size for many things. However mine came with a missing handle. They said they eld send another set bit did not so I dnt use but one so it defeats purpose of having two 2 save the. Cleaning is easier in dish washer. Hope this helps.
