This is a good printer, I could not find any hardware issues with the product, however, software looks very dated, especially the user interface of the same. I would advise anyone who purchases this printer to book a free installation request with Epson because the software installation is not straight forward and could be frustrating for the layman like myself. This is the only shortcoming I found in the printer for the short period of time I have been using it and that is the reason why I gave this product 4 stars out of 5.

Printer is very good and cost effective 👌 print 🖨 quality is also good till now. One thing is missing that is duplex printing..otherwise no if and no but for this printer. You can buy without any doubt..instalation you have to do by yourself...there is no any tech support from company..nor they called. Instalation risk is urs...company must be providing instalation and demo...AMAZON must see to it. My final verdict is go for it if you want to print daily 10 to 20 pages.

Quality of Printing too good. I haven;t changed the Ink yet and don't know how expensive it is.

Printer issue

Fancy, not functional enough. Over Wi-Fi, it gets disconnected way too often, despite being placed close to the router. Pops up connection error messages frequently. And, worst of all, if the print count goes to a couple of hundreds, the machine freezes unexpectedly and refuses to resume even after hours! Further, it is just as fast as L380, no way faster, and it doesn't print borderless. I regret buying it!What I appreciate about this machine is the ink tank and cartridges which help spill-free refilling. And also, the power and USB sockets placed over the side that enables hassle-free plugging-in.
