This usb cord with a switch works excellent with my small usb powered turn table. It allows me to start and stop the turn table without moving the display while photographing items for ebay. I was going to make one but then i saw this and saved myself the hastle. I give it 5 stars.

I have been using these for my manufacturing for a while now and have sold around 100 products that use them as a power cable, we have not received a single bad unit, nor has there been any customer complaints derived from these cables on our products. The cord quality is great, does not feel cheap and has been very durable, the on/off switch is a nice touch as well. My favorite feature is the length of 5 feet, they are the only USB power cords that we have found in this length with open soldered ends, so they have plenty of length to actually be useful. Do not hesitate to buy these.

I can't begin to express how many of these USB, switch controlled pigtails I've used over the past few years, especially near the holidays. These are absolutely perfect for wiring into LED holiday decor pieces which you no longer wish to operate via batteries that require constant changing. With this pigtail, you simply remove the batteries and wire this into place. Then, plug into a USB higher amperage charger, plug into 120 volt receptacle and you're all set. I actually plug the charger into a wall timer and everynight, the holiday decor pieces light up, with zero maintenance and no worries. I've also used these for extending chargers and countless design projects. I would absolutely recommend these pigtails, just know what you're doing before undertaking any task involving electricity. But, if you're looking at these, I'm guessing you've got a background in electrical design or fabrication. Great product, super dependable, absolutely worth every penny.

I did not know these existed until I needed them! I printed a lithophane for a friend and the LEDs were powered by a board with a USB-C connector. Instead of having to plug and unplug the cable from the back of the board, I searched to see if there was switch of this type. There was! It's been perfect. Allows you to turn the light off and on with a button. Cable length allows for placement anywhere near an outlet and the switch is easily accessible. Switch does not feel loose or flimsy like it will fail after a few cycles. Came with two so now I have the impetus to make another lithophane.

These will not power 12 volts lights they put out about 6 volts so they will work for charging your phone but not to power anything 12 volts I got these to run my green hog lights off a dewalt battery while hunting but these don’t output the power to run a 4 inch led light bar

EXACTLY what I needed!

I have one of those mini LED light strings that gets power from a box that contains 3 AA batteries. I got tired of replacing the batteries every 1.5 - 2 weeks so I got this item. I solder the wire into the battery box right where the batteries terminals are. Plug the USB plug into a USB power source and light work just great. No more batteries to replace. I still have the option to use the batteries and not plug them into a USB source.

Sounds great for the money.. I have several, now, for replacement when they stop working....
