My previous babyliss hairdryer lasted more than 17 years and I loved it to its literal end, took it with me everywhere but overseas. This one is today’s version with newer technology and works even better. It is heavy, but it doesn’t bother me. It has a cold setting that is great! It is the typical size, airflow is super. Comes with two attachments to direct airflow, that I don’t need, but are simple to use. Quality is great! My hair is straighter when I use this dryer as compared with my last one—maybe due to the strong flow of air. A new fave!

Twenty years ago my hairstylist told me that when I scheduled an appointment with him to ask the scheduler to give him a hour for a cut and blow-dry because it took so long to blow-dry my thick long hair. It has always taken me at least 30+ minutes of constant blowdrying to get my hair dry. Which in-turn also hurt my wrists and exhausted me from just blowdrying my hair.I have timed drying my hair with this blowdryer it takes me 10 minutes to completely dry it.The blowdryer is light-weight and does not hurt my wrists. It has a long cord which allows me to plug it in and sit down to blow-dry my hair.I researched blowdryers before choosing this brand and model.I can definitely say that it is a very effective blow-dryer that does its job in a timely manner.It did not have all the features I was hoping for in one dryer but it does what I need it too, so I am thrilled and would highly recommend it to anyone else with long thick hard to get dry hair.If you have long, thick, hard to dry hair BUY IT! You won't regret it.

One of the best hair dryers I have tried. It leaves my hair soft and helps with frizziness. My hair usually takes a long time to dry, and this dryer dries my hair efficiently. I recently switched from my Dyson to this hair dyer and have noticed a lot of improvements on the health of my hair! Highly recommend this hair dryer.

I have used many Babyliss blow dryers. I have another one that isn’t as many watts and it’s amazing how much better this one is. I like the 2000 watt blow dryers. Every time I purchase one that is less, I regret it. This is a great price for this one! I have purchased this same one years ago, but paid much more. The one I purchased from my beauty supply, that is 1800ish watts and was more money, is not nearly as good as this one. I like that tye End where it blows out isn’t too long. Sometimes it feels a little heavy, but I am a cosmetologist, so probably after using it all day, it just starts feeling heavy. The cord is long, which is amazing and you can move around easier with it. My last one lasted a good amount of time. I tend to go through blow dryers faster than at home, because I am using them all day in the salon. A good blow dryer makes all the difference in the health of the hair. It dries faster with less frizz. I never use it on the hottest setting and always use the nozzle piece, so you don’t singe your hair. It’s more expensive than the ones you get at the big box stores, but once you use a professional brand , you will be hooked!

I bought this hair dryer a while ago, and it still works just as well as the first day. It’s not too heavy, and the airflow is strong enough for my medium-length, fine hair—it takes about 10 minutes to fully dry. I always bring it with me when I travel. If you’re looking for a new hair dryer, I would recommend you giving it a try!

I never knew there was such a difference in hair dryers!! I always bought walmart/drug store dryers. Hated to spend this much money on a dryer I thought would be exactly the same as them. When I got this and turned it on--before ever putting it to my hair--I could feel the difference in the power and the way it ran in my hand!! It was wild! I even made my husband hold my old one and then this one and he could "feel" the difference!! It's a powerful machine!!! Just different. I love it! Definitely cut my drying time in half. I have long thick naturally curly hair that is frizzy of course. With this dryer almost all frizz is gone. For a long time I've tried to get my hair to feel like it does when I leave the salon. I could use the same products, etc. and it wouldn't. When my last dryer started failing, I thought that's the only thing I haven't tried yet. I have a babyliss flat iron that changed my world with straightening. So I read the reviews and I took a chance to see if this would do the same. It certainly has! It's the same brand my stylist uses but different model. It's wonderful! I've always had to look for a specific dryer that will dry my hair fast enough to help straighten it so I can have less use of the flat iron. And on every dryer I always have had to use the high setting. With this dryer high is almost too much! And i never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth! I can straighten my hair on low with this dryer! It has different heat settings. I've never used the high heat. Low heat is enough for me and a new that i like. And I can even use the cold only to dry it straight or curly! Although I find a little heat works best on my curls. I also have to say that in the past if I've dried my hair curly, i have BIG hair for at least the first day. BIG BIG! It was normally day 2 before it looked "decent" and natural. Now i can dry my hair curly and I get amazing new tight natural curl without the poof!!! It looks great all days. It seems to help lock in the style also. Locks in the curls for several days. And it locks in a straight style for a few days also. Definitely helps to reduce the use of my flat iron. When I dry it straight it is almost all straight immediately. I just use my flat iron to smooth a little more and piece together. And my hair is super soft either way!!! It may not be quite salon smooth but it's darn close!! Feels healthier and probably is without the extra heat from dryer and flat iron. I LOVE it! I took a gamble and I won! So if you're looking for something different but don't think higher dollar dryers are worth it, give this a go! I never knew the difference it would make with this mop!!
