Not a replacement for exercise
I've tried it but nothing will replace proper diet and exercises like intense double jumps

Finally, Calcium Without Added Vitamin D
I'm 62, and have osteoporosis, and 600 mg of calcium is the dose my doctor recommended. I was having a hard time finding calcium by itself without vitamin D, since I take a separate vitamin D supplement, so I was really happy to find this. The tablets are a little large and look bigger than I expected, but they're surprisingly easy to swallow. I take mine at night and haven't had any digestive issues with them. The Amazon price is great, too. Now that I've found a calcium supplement that works for what I need, I'll definitely keep buying these!

Works well for me, my leg cramps disappeared when calcium was taken
Works well. Good dose of calcium. Well tolerated, no issues. Recommend. fyi - please look into Vit K2 benefits if taking calcium, so it is directed into bones, not arterial plaque or stones. I usually take Vit K2 200 mcg (MK7 type not MK4) nightly with calcium 600 mg, magnesium glycinate 500 mg, zinc picolinate 50 mg for optimum absorption into strong bones. I also do gym and impact exercises to boost strong bones. All these are cheaper on Amazon than big stores. This is combo is working well for me. Please note that senior females need 1200 mg of calcium, so I supplement with eggs, cheese, milk in my diet, ensuring I get this dose or more through food as well. My night leg cramps were due to a deficiency of calcium as I exercise hard daily. After taking this (I also take Potassium 99 mg 3 x day), they disappeared.
