Great seeds
Love sesame plants and these worked great! Planted them in several beds and they all sprouted. I’m very happy with these!

this is EGOMA!
These are perilla leaves (Egoma in Japanese), not Japanese shiso.

Long germination and anise flavor
These seeds took forever to germinate, but germinate they did, and they grew into healthy plants. Please be aware that this is the kind of shiso that tastes strongly of anise. It is not the broad, bright green leaf often seen on Japanese plates.

Grew out well.
Grew out very well. Green ones without purple color. Great addition to our Perilla collection garden. We use perilla leaves to supplement calcium and cooking.

Doing great in zone 6a high desert
Perilla is one of my fave herbs but since moving it's been impossible to find any near me. They grew really fast with germination info provided. Very fragrant and delicious.
