I have Bad knees and periodic knee pain especially when doing squats. These wraps really give me the support I need when squatting heavy. They keep my knees safe and give me the confidence to go low without worry of injury or knee pain. I love them

Just buy SBD sleeves. Those are way more convenient and work much better.

Squats are knee killers, but I was able to do 315 without knee pain. High quality for the price, absolutely worth your money
