it's fresh and easy, and you need less salt. i use on tofu and or veggie stirfry, popcorn, kasha, baking pita chips, kale, cabbage, etc.

I cannot say enough good things about this spice mix. It works well on roasted vegetables and also when added to a dish at the end of cooking. It fills the air with a wonderful fragrance. My only regret is running out. Glad I ordered more and look forwards to trying some other blends soon.

Nice basic baharat seasoning. It does not have cumin, so you may want to add some, but overall, it’s great.
