Could barely login to this old laptop, whose keyboard was notorious for failure.The company is equally notorious for lack of long term support.Couldn't believe my luck finding this value.Installed in a matter of minutes and it works great.

Keyboard seems to be of good quality and OK however, install was a bit of a challenge due to ribbon cable being a little short with no fold as original part. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

This had to be the easiest install and the product fit perfectly. Supposedly, exact replacement but liked the action a bit better than the old one. And it was inexpensive. No complaints about service as I received it in a couple days.

I retired this windows 7 about 5 years ago because the keyboard was double typing and no typing at all, I tried a blue tooth keyboard but that was awkward, then I looked on amazon and found how cheap a new one was and YouTube how to install it. It took me 20 minutes rather than 15 because I am 82 years old. I am so happy to have my windows 7 back working again

Zero Stars. This is the third keyboard I have ordered to fix my daughter's Toshiba laptop - this one came from a different Amazon vendor. This keyboard arrived without damage, so I felt OK to install it. (see my prior reviews with photos of damaged keyboards I received a few months ago.) This keyboard worked for a few hours. Less than 12 hours later it was dead and holding down all keyboard functionality - Even the external keyboard would not work. I removed the new keyboard, and reinstalled the old one to regain the limited functionality I had before. I reinstalled this new keyboard and the system was frozen again. I started my IT career as a laptop repair technician, certified by five manufacturers including Toshiba, so I know what I am doing. Toshiba website says they charge $431 plus parts to repair a keyboard. My only solution is to buy a new laptop for my daughter. It will not be a Toshiba.

Replacement for my OEM Toshiba P755 laptop which had a couple dead keys. This Sunmall product does fit and looks fairly similar in terms of layout / design. Additionally, all of the keys do work (the most important part, of course). My gripe is that the fairly flimsy build quality creates a springy keyboard; there is a light bounce while typing which I really dislike. Overall, it resolved my issue of the dead keys and allows me to write fluidly again. I just wish the construction was a bit firmer.

I needed a replacement keyboard for a Toshiba P775. The three prior replacements that I bought, all three, the space bar and sometimes the a key and shift key would not respond to anything but the most centered and firm push. This included an Eathtek I bought last week and a Sunmall I bought a few years ago (and have suffered with too long). I considered a wireless bluetooth but having that sit on top of the built in keyboard seemed silly. I ordered this Sunmall and it works normally, at least so far. It's great not to have to go back every sentence to insert spaces.
