bin sehr zufrieden, einfache Handhabung, unsere Messer sind super Scharf geworden, für den normalen Haushalt sehr zum empfehlen. Hat man sehr teure, hochwertige Küchenmesser würde ich wohl einen Schleifstein bevorzugen.
