My skin is in rough shape. I have very dry, eczema prone skin with patches that tend to break out with occasional acne, scar tissue formation, and rough calluses on elbows and feet. And I got so tired of using multiple skin care products that either barely helped or were way too expensive ($60 face creams, anyone?). So I researched different ingredients, tried out some raw shea butter and coconut oil to see how my skin would react to them, and put quite a few hours into searching for just the right product to meet my needs. This lotion isn't a miracle cream, but with its affordability, pure ingredients, effective moisturizing, and all-over versatility it's pretty close.I purchased the unscented version and it truly is without any scent, good or bad. It comes out thin like a lotion, which made me nervous at first, but goes on silky smooth like the thickest creams, yet without any sort of greasy residue. I've been using it all over (face and body) to the exclusion of any other moisturizing products, just to see what it could do - and I've gone from 6 containers on my countertop to just one, which is pretty amazing. No more dual face creams, body-only lotion, extra moisturizing treatment, cuticle cream, and callus cream! It's gentle enough for sensitive areas like around the eyes, yet effective enough for tough areas like elbows and feet. It hasn't completely reduced my calluses, but it's certainly stopped them from getting worse. My cuticles and skin tone have improved, my acne has almost disappeared, and red eczema-prone patches have evened out. I live in a cold, dry, wintry climate . . . so that's saying something! I love that it's made of the purest and most natural ingredients, and have enjoyed learning more about the benefits of soapberries. I will definitely be buying more of this in the future!

UPDATE: I received this lotion on April 7th, and as stated below, the pump never did work. After an appeal to the seller, they did apologize for my difficulty and refunded my money. The lotion seems very good. I just hope they can resolve the issue by adopting a better pump for the product. I do plan on trying it again.The lotion has a nice feel, good consistency, not greasy. I think I could love it. However, the pump is ridiculous! It was packaged nicely in a box and I tried use it for the first time this morning, BUT THE PUMP DOESN'T WORK! When I push it, the lotion seeps up through the side of the pump, as can be seen in the picture. I had to remove the pump and squeeze the lotion into my hand, which was rather difficult and messy to do. Unfortunately, even with the lotion seeming to be good, I will not put up with a pump that doesn't work. I would rather have a tube than that! I WOULD APPRECIATE THE COMPANY MAILING ME A NEW PUMP SO I CAN USE THE LOTION. In addition, the company needs to check into either a better pump or placing the lotion in a squeeze bottle or tube.

Best moisturizer I’ve ever used. I am 71 yrs old and have had dry skin since my 30s. Also my skin seems to have gotten more sensitive over the years. I have a lot of sun damage to my skin and have broken capillaries on my face. I’ve used a variety of expensive face creams and body lotions and none have ever topped this product. I have been using it for 3 months and even apply it to my face. It causes NO redness were applied, not even to my face like other expensive creams do. I know from years of experience that anything in a pump bottle makes it hard to remove the last remaining lotion. I just happen to have had a shampoo bottle lid, as noted in my photos, that fit this perfectly. I like the pump bottle in that you don’t have to pick the bottle up to use it, but it’s no issue for me to change the lid to get remaining lotion out! It gives the idea way to invert bottle for remaining lotion to come out. I even add a few drops of distilled water and shake towards the very end to get the last bit out. As far as price… I was paying $24 a bottle for my last lotion which was 8 oz that I have used for the past year. Face cream ran around $44 for 1.7 oz, which I don’t need anymore since I use this lotion instead, so I’m not going to complain about the price. It’s hard to find good quality products without all the bad ingredients we know about these days. I just ordered the double bottle package and will plan to continue use as long as I see the same results. I use a mineral powder makeup and it applies well over this lotion. I find that I use less of this product that former ones I have used. If I had to make a statement about the smell I would say it doesn’t have much of one, perhaps an organic earthy type smell if I were pressed for a comment! I would love to smell a bit of citrus, but any added ingredient might change the ability for it to be used on sensitive skin or the face. So it gets a 5 star review from me and my compliments to the manufacturer. I just received the Sunkissed Citrus Soapberry For Body today and can’t wait to try it. I am looking forward to try their facial wash and other products in the future.

Great lotion, and comes with a soap berry! Super silky, no smell at all (not even a lotion smell). Goes on lightweight, but still moisturizes well. Awesome lotion, will definitely buy again
