This is indeed polyurethane coated leather. However, the presentation of the purse matches my pecan Brahmins extraordinarily well. The zipper is nice and long so there is complete closure. I do wish I’d paid more attention to the PU label - guess I was thinking I’d be OK with lower quality full leather. BUT - this is a really nice extra piece to carry when I don’t want to take my Brahmins in the rain!

So, the purse does look cheap. But the concept is nice. I am on the hunt to find the same purse made from better quality materials. The purse has a ton of space.
